- Candidate interview answers are transcribed into text, which is then processed through Harqen’s machine learning models. Because Harqen only analyzes transcribed text, the technology avoids controversial methods adopted by competitors, such as facial recognition/scanning or voice inflection analysis.
- An extensive linguistic analysis is produced, which measures psychological attributes, levels of enthusiasm, and word clusters that are specific to the given job types – this includes a complete Big 5 (OCEAN) personality analysis.
- Candidate resumes are also analyzed and compared to the job description, providing an overall AI match.
- Candidates are scored to provide a recommendation on the hiring decision.
