Because Harqen only analyzes transcribed text, the technology avoids controversial methods adopted by competitors, such as facial recognition/scanning or voice inflection analysis.
- An extensive linguistic analysis is produced, which measures psychological attributes, levels of enthusiasm, and word clusters that are specific to the given job types – this includes a complete Big 5 (OCEAN) personality analysis.
- Candidate resumes are also analyzed and compared to the job description, providing an overall AI match.
- Candidates are scored to provide a recommendation on the hiring decision.
